Though all teams from the country will be keeping a close watch on the attraction to place their fittings for next May and June, the draws will be made against the backdrop of their buildup to Octobers Special Congress, at which the second tier championship is going to likely soon be voted upon.
Regardless of change is voted in, the competitions which will proceed as normal will not be affected by it.
While Connacht and Ulster have had three winners every single, Kerry and dublin have dominated their respective provinces in recent years.
