Rey Vargas (33-0, 22 KOs) vs. Tomoki Kameda (36-2)
When: July 13 2019,
Where: Carson, Calif..
TV: DAZN
Kameda and Vargas will square off in a battle for Vargas’ WBC featherweight title. Tomokia Kameda stands 5’7″ woth a 66-inch reach. The 27-year-old in Japan has won five straight struggles including a unanimous decision win over Abigail Medina in November. Rey Vargas stands 5’71/2″ with a 70-inch reach. The 28-year-old from Mexico has never been defeated and enters this bout win over Franklin Manzanilla in February.

“I think both he and I have changed in many things, the expert rankings are distinct and the struggle will be different, but the result will be exactly the same, we’ll win because our ability to correct is better as the battle progresses,” Vargas told reporters lately.

Prediction
Tomoki Kameda when they were amateurs in Mexico was defeated by vargas and I am going to have it done though I’m not expecting a cakewalk triumph by any stretch of the imagination. Kameda is an excellent fighter, however, Vargas hasn’t been beaten and I expect him to problem-solve his solution to the unanimous decision win.

Boxing Betting Pick: Rey Vargas Via Unanimous Choice

Diego De La Hoya (21-0. 10 KOs) vs. Ronny Rios (30-3, 14 KOs)
When: July 13 2019,
Where: Carson, Calif..
TV: DAZN
Both of these featherwieghts will square off in a 12 round battle on Saturday. Ronny Rios stands 5’6″ with a 70-inch reach. The 29 year-old from California comes into this bout win over Deivi Julio Bass in December. Diego De La Hoya stand 5’6″ with a 68-inch reach. The 24-year-old California native and cousin of 10-time world champion Oscar de La Hoya comes into this bout off a seventh round retirement triumph over Jose Salgado at June of 2018.

Prediction
This bout is clearly set up as a stepping stone matchup for its gifted De La Hoya and it looks like a routing affair only waiting to happen seeing as De La Hoya is the younger, more powerful and faster fighter in this event, and of course the fact that he’s never been beaten. De La Hoya wins seeing as he clearly does not have the power of his kin that is renowned.
